Conner moved to Chicago in 2014 from the small town of Mustang, Oklahoma after graduating from Oklahoma State University - Go Pokes! Once in Chicago, he began his media career at Starcom. Over the next four years he worked on local media strategy for Allstate, video investment for Kraft Heinz, onboarding the digital business for Lowe's Home Improvement and marketing strategy for Lunchables and Capri-Sun.
Conner elected to leave Starcom to get some experience in the political arena working as a media buyer for political media consultancy AL Media Strategies. While there, he focused on programmatic, search, and social investment for progressive candidates in congressional, gubernatorial, senatorial, and statewide races during the 2018 midterms. Conner’s next stop was GRP Media, joining the agency at the end of 2018. He’s enjoyed getting to know his smart teammates and learning a ton about the financial category while working on the Invesco client team.
In his spare time, you can usually find Conner on rooftops, at the beach, and spending way too much money on food.
